Date: 2nd Nov 2017 @ 8:47pm

This week we have been having an awesome time in Pendarren!! As you know year six have been in Pendarren. We’ve been doing things we’ve never done before and challenging ourselves to the limit. We’ve done caving, canoeing, high ropes, zip-lining, Mountain walks (sugarloaf mountain),Bush craft and Orienteering. We’ve had a great time and an unforgettable experience!! (By: Milly)

Mountain Walk: (By Leonardo)

of all of the activities, the mountain walk was by far my favourite. The view at the top was spectacular and the walk was tiring but fun. I am so glad I had a chance to try out this amazing experience. We started at Pendarren House an walked for 2 hours until we stopped for lunch before making it all the way to the top. We then walked, and rolled down we had soooooo much fun! I will always remember Mount Sugarloaf and the amazing hike I had.

Canoeing: (By Yola)

Normally I hate boats or traveling on water so I was really afraid, but as soon as I got in the boat I really started to enjoy it. And because I had so much fun on the boat I decided to jump in the super yucky mucky water and my wellington boots filled up to the brim. I am so glad I did it, it was such an amazing experience and these are memories everyone should treasure forever (and ever…).

High Ropes: (By Beatice)

One of the activities is high ropes and I think that it is one of the best experiences they have at Pendarren. Two things that are included in highropes are crate stack and a zipleine. Some of the groups managed to use all of the crates and make a massive high stack which was then toppled down! (By Beatrice)
