Jermaine Jenas visits the school!

We were so lucky to have a special guest to our assembly this afternoon. We welcomed Jermaine Jenas (an ex-professional football player and football pundit) to our school to tell us about how he achieved his goals. Chestnuts children (and adults!) asked some brilliant questions and listened very well to the answers. 

Jermaine came to help us launch our PE superstars iniative. From next half term, children will be able to become a PE superstar. These children will be chosen for their progress in physical activity, their effort in physical activity and for showing good sportsmanship and teamwork. Watch this space for more news!!
